The stillness of yoga, whether stretched out in Backbend, or compressed in Armadillo, is amplified by Concentration Breath. Pump the light upwards along the spine, into the Causal Chakra, open the Third Eye, compress and expand the Muladhara, and let the Medicine speak to you. There are spirits in the Medicine, with their own intelligence; and there is the intelligence of the Medicine itself. The intelligence of the Body is alive in the energy field. It can tell the difference between spirits, and between the spirits and the Medicine. The mind that lives in your brain just loves to watch this interplay!
