UTKATASANA (Chair Pose) in the shower. Protect your knees as you age! Utkatasana strengthens the quads, of course, but all the kneebone connectors are engaged when you squat. In the shower, just bend your knees when you go under the spigot, or when you're soaping, or rinsing. Just go into a slight squat, and then deepen it as you can, and hold it throughout the entire shower. As you hold the squat, you will have to adjust your pelvis for comfort. The pelvis is your foundation. It is the focus of the Lower Assemblage Point (the psoas and the sacrum). All the connectors which run through the pelvis can be accessed in utkatasana.
